Autonomous finance infrastructure

The financial layer for autonomous agents.

Accounts, vaults, payments, policies and execution for autonomous software.

Illustration of the VEYRA control flow: an owner defines rules, an agent submits an intent to a VEYRA account, capital moves from a vault only after policies are checked, and execution settles on Solana.

Illustrative interface

Accounts

01

Squads v4 multisig accounts on Solana. Owners hold the keys; agents get scoped, revocable access.

Vaults

02

Segregated vaults inside each account. Capital stays under owner control while agents draw within on-chain limits.

Policies

03

Limits, assets, counterparties and time windows, checked deterministically before anything is signed.

How control works

Owners set the rules. The chain enforces them.

VEYRA sits between an agent and its capital. Every action is a structured intent, checked against your policies and bounded by on-chain limits that VEYRA itself cannot exceed.

Owner
Sets policies and limits
Agent
Submits a structured intent
VEYRA
Validates deterministically
Squads
Enforces spending limits
Solana
Settles the transaction
01

Owners define the rules.

Policies, limits and approval thresholds are set by owner wallets. Agents can request a change; only owners can approve it.

02

VEYRA decides, deterministically.

Every intent is evaluated against your policies with fixed rules and no model in the loop. The result is ALLOW, REQUIRE_APPROVAL or BLOCK, with reasons.

03

The chain enforces the ceiling.

Each agent's executor is a Squads member that can initiate and execute but never vote, bounded by spending limits per asset, period and destination.

Payments

Pay counterparties within limits you set.

Agents pay registered counterparties from a vault. Each payment is a policy-checked intent, executed through a Squads spending limit to an allow-listed destination, with references and invoices attached.

Anatomy of a payment
What VEYRA checks and records
Source
A vault of your Squads account
Destination
A registered counterparty on the agent's on-chain allow-list
Assets
USDC, USDT, PYUSD, SOL
Checks
Policies, counterparty trust, daily and per-transaction limits
Above threshold
A Squads proposal that owners approve with their wallets
Record
Signature, slot, fee, memo and invoice reference
Execution

Simulated first. Signed only if it matches.

VEYRA builds the transaction, simulates it against Solana mainnet and compares the result with the declared intent before any signature. A mismatch blocks execution.

Simulation versus intent

  • Programs the transaction invokes
  • Token balance changes of the source wallet
  • Estimated slippage against your maximum
  • Compute units

If the simulated effect differs from the intent, the execution is blocked and nothing is signed.

Routing

Swaps
Routed through Jupiter from the agent's working wallet
Payments, transfers
Executed through the agent's Squads spending limit
Above threshold
Proposed as a Squads transaction for owners to approve
Allocate, return
Capital moves between the vault and the working wallet

  3. 3Approval
  4. 4Execution
  5. 5Settlement
Agents

Give an agent capital, not your keys.

Each agent gets a dedicated executor key, scoped credentials and limits you can change or withdraw at any time.

Session-scoped credentials

Agents authenticate with tokens bound to one agent, its vaults, its allowed actions, a USD spending allowance and an expiry. Tokens are stored only as hashes.

Pause instantly

Pausing an agent stops VEYRA from signing anything for it. Pause one agent, or all execution across the organization.

Revoke on-chain

Revoking removes the executor and its spending limits from the Squads multisig through an owner-approved transaction. Access ends on-chain.

Loop protection pauses an agent that repeats the same intent or exceeds its action rate, and waits for human review.

Developers

An API for intents, not raw transactions.

Agents submit structured intents over HTTPS. Opaque transactions are never accepted. Preview the decision and fee, submit with an idempotency key, then follow the execution by polling or webhooks.
